Notes of lime, very ripe citrus on the nose, the attack is frank and exotic, the wine already has a nice minerality with a lot of fat and fullness, for lovers of great dry wines.

Perfectly paired with shellfish, fish and seafood, as well as all our traditional Alsatian dishes.

The grapes are harvested at full maturity, the pressing is delicate.
