    Esprime un profilo olfattivo speziato, avvenente, fatto di sentori di pepe nero, liquirizia, cassis, mora, poi toni rossi profondi, con lampone e ciliegia in confettura. L'impatto gustativo è importante, sapido estremamente regolare nell'esecuzione. Il corpo è spesso, pieno, il tannino fine, che chiude senza mordere. Lunghissima la persistenza.
