    Alla vista si presenta giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Il profumo è fruttato, leggermente tropicale nelle fasi giovanili, ed evolve verso un leggero vegetale dovuto all'acidità che poi si trasforma in minerale e complesso. In bocca l'ingresso è pieno con una bella sapidità ed una bella dolcezza di frutto, che finisce lungo, fresco e persistente. Si accosta a piatti di pesce crudo ed antipasti di mare in genere, pesci cucinati e zuppe.
