    Elegant and precise. Carte Noire 2013 was born in a complex and late harvest. A long and dynamic vegetative cycle in a sunny and cold season. Selection of plots dear to the family in the Chouilly terroir. Straw gold color, with golden reflections. A fresh and elegant nose with discreet notes of fruit, fresh cut almonds and candied citrus. Finally, notes of toasted sesame and mountain flower honey. On the palate it is dense and precise with a velvety and silky structure. Delicate notes of white fruits, caramelized pineapple, cream and vanilla. The structure at the end of the palate is energetic, vibrant and mineral. Serve cold, around 8-10 ° C as an aperitif, and 10 ° and 12 ° C at mealtime.
