Fruttato extra virgin olive oil produced by the Umbrian mill Flaminio, located in Trevi, one of the historic olive-growing areas of Italy. The olives are carefully selected and cold extracted to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

The oil shows a medium fruity profile with vegetal notes of fresh grass, artichoke and almond, balanced by a pleasant bitterness and peppery finish.

Perfect for dressing salads, bruschetta, grilled vegetables, soups and Mediterranean dishes.
