Organic extra virgin olive oil produced by the Tuscan estate Grattamacco, located in Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast. The olives come from organic farming and are cold extracted to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity.
The oil shows a medium fruity profile with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and green almond, balanced by a pleasant bitterness and peppery finish.
Perfect for bruschetta, grilled vegetables, legumes, soups and Mediterranean cuisine.
