The unquestioned King of the region is Nebbiolo, a noble grape variety behind Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero and Northern Piedmont appellations. Alongside Nebbiolo, Barbera shines for its vibrant fruit and freshness, complemented by Dolcetto.
