Trullo do Noha is a contemporary winery that however has its roots in ancient times, continuing today as yesterday the Apulian tradition and in particular the vocation of Salento. The estate is in fact located right in the heart of Salento, in Galatina, on the ancient remains of an old winery dating back to 1800, of which the original fermenters have been recovered. Completely renovated by the new owner, the plant now houses the Trullo di Noha winery and its passionate winemakers, with the mission of producing modern and usable wines, witnesses of an ancient rural culture, through gentle elaborations and the least interventionist possible.

Since its foundation, the winery has chosen a path of sustainability and deep respect for the territory and the environment, organizing the entire production with modern equipment powered exclusively according to energy saving and renewable energy. The vineyards wind through the districts of Tripiedi, Romanizze, Credenzieri and Monaci and are grown in certified organic agriculture.
