The Castrum Roche company was formally born in 2021, and this Nebbiolo is in its very first vintage produced in 6664 specimens. Thanks to the two hectares of vineyards inherited from his grandparents, Isacco Costamagna cultivates his Nebbiolo plants in one of the most beautiful amphitheaters in the Langhe: the Torriglione terrace overlooking the fantastic Rocche dell'Annunziata. The vinification takes place in steel without the use of selected yeasts; looking for a Langhe Nebbiolo made of drinkability, fruit and great elegance, the wine rests in steel for a few months before being put on the market.
