In the early 19th century the family of Renato Fenocchio, the current owner, moved from Monforte d'Alba to Barbaresco with the intention of running a farm where livestock farming, cultivation of vineyards, fields and hazelnut groves coexisted.
In 1993, after working for a few years at an important winery in Barbaresco, Renato decided to continue managing the family land and set up his own agricultural company. In the following years, together with his wife Milva, they expanded the company through the acquisition of new vineyards where they have always practiced a type of sustainable agriculture. The current Fenocchio farmhouse is located in Neive and boasts 6 hectares between the municipalities of Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso, as well as an olive grove in Villa Faraldi and San Bartolomeo al mare, with a surface area of 3000 m2.
