I was born above a 1900 cellar, and I didn't know I had a sophisticated opportunity for games and magic under my feet. I graduated in Economics and Marketing in the agro-industrial system and not because I already had in mind making wine, but because I was born in the midst of nature. My family doesn't have the land under their fingernails but more precisely in their DNA: great-grandfather, grandfather, father and now me, we are the evolution of a profession that started from a cart that went around the city and sold chestnuts and hams and it comes to a young woman who, having finished her studies, has made a passion of bunches and fermentations. It is from the need to celebrate my past that the Colleonorato agricultural company was born, whose name comes from the street where I was born, the street where the new cellar for the vinification of the two Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico wines was recently born Superior: “Prologue” and “La giostra” and of Rosso Piceno: “Il Cortese”. Alongside me is Luca's creativity, hand and dedication, together in the management of the vineyard, together in creating our idea of Verdicchio among unique and not always conventional choices that make our wine the expression of tradition, the fruit of technology and the portrait of the earth.
