The village of Bouzy is located south of “La Montagne de Reims”. It is here that the Clouet family has settled for more than a century and where Marie-Thérése Clouet-Bonnaire continues the work begun by her grandfather Paul. It is to pay homage to Paul that she produces every year the wines from his vineyard in Bouzy, the kingdom of Pinot Noir, famous for its Champagne and its Bouzy Rouge. It is thanks to her love for the region and its wines that Marie-Thérése welcomes visitors from all over the world throughout the year in her B&B Les Barbotines, an essential starting point for a visit to the Champagne region.
