A project that started as a game in July 2019 in Calosso d’Asti, among 5 friends passionate about wine.

In 2025, after various ups and downs, it becomes a reality with the release of their first 300 bottles:
a Traditional Method sparkling wine made from 50% Nascetta, 25% Barbera, and 25% Nebbiolo. The base wine is aged in fiberglass, with no malolactic fermentation, and 54 months on the lees.

Not every vintage will see the light of day, but when time and conditions allow, the group comes together to create a wine that is always different, sourcing the grapes directly from local Calosso growers... Stay Tuned!
