Natale Simonetta, owner of Cascina Baricchi, loves his land and his work and likes to experiment and get involved... his wines fully reflect his determination.
Cascina Baricchi is located under the municipality of Neviglie, a few kilometers from the Barbaresco area and was born thanks to the purchase in the 70s as a holiday home by Giovanni Simonetta, father of the current owner. Initially, wine was produced only for domestic use, but in the 80s the first labels arrived on the market.
Natale mainly produces Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto... but there is no shortage of international vines such as Pinot Noir or Syrah. Furthermore, in addition to the classic Piedmontese single-varietal wines, Natale produces blended wines and above all produces excellent sparkling wines with a long stay on the yeasts.
