Christophe Grandmougin is a true Burgundian, full of energy who is always open-minded to improve his viticulture, winemaking techniques and the crucial "elevage" in barrels. He has intensified his work in the vineyards to adopt a more organic approach and reduce his yields to obtain more concentrated and healthy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
