Spuma bianca intensa ed esuberante; perlage a grana particolarmente sottile, continua e persistente; dal colore giallo paglia tendente all’oro luminoso e dal profumo intenso, di grande eleganza, avvolgente, discreto e persistente con sentori di miele, mela, camomilla e leggera vaniglia, anice ed erbe mediterranee; sapore pieno, di grande struttura e al contempo di notevole eleganza. Di lunga persistenza in bocca, con bel sentore di vaniglia e frutta matura. Ha nerbo vivo in stoffa ricca ed eccellente razza.
