Extra virgin olive oil produced by the renowned estate Ca' dei Frati, located near Lake Garda. The olives are carefully selected and cold extracted to preserve freshness and aromatic balance.
The oil shows a medium fruity profile with notes of fresh grass, almond and light vegetal hints, balanced by a pleasant bitterness and peppery finish.
Perfect for dressing vegetables, bruschetta, fish and Mediterranean cuisine.
