Giacomo Baraldo’s ‘Vineyard Ferment 18.5k’ Pinot Noir is an adventure undertaken by this young winery in New Zealand. Fermentation takes place directly in the vineyard, a technique that preserves the fruit’s freshness to the full. On the nose, it releases aromas of wild cherry and raspberry, with delicate spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is dynamic and enveloping, with juicy fruit and great savouriness.
