The name Clos Blanc refers to the color of the wine originally produced by the monks. the soil, on which the vineyards are planted, is composed of sandy clay and stony clay at the bottom of the coast.

On the nose it has hints of ripe fruit and undergrowth, tertiary notes such as cocoa and lacquered wood. On the palate it is deep, rich with tannins that give the wine a very long persistence.
