Ca' di Press is the name of the company of the Pressenda family, wine producers for generations in Perno (Monforte d'Alba).

The Pressendas have always vinified part of their grapes without bottling the wine under their own label, but with the 2018 vintage the young Alice and Cristina have decided to start this new and courageous adventure. The first Barolo presented was the Barolo del Comune di Monforte 2018, and it was an amazing debut, so much so that it won 94 points from Antonio Galloni.

The vinification is traditional, with a maceration on the skins for about 20-25 days in steel followed by aging for 20 months in large barrels.
