Clément Luisier, at the age of 18 (2018), in the 2nd year of his CFC in Viticulture, decided to open his own winery by vinifying the grapes of his parents (14 hectares of property in Valais), grape producers and suppliers of local wineries.
It was a huge success, so much so that the following year he expanded the range of his wines with
8 references and tripled production (around 10,500 bt). After working for a year at
the prestigious Château Léoville Las Cases (Saint-Julien), he returned to the company.
2023 was a year full of successes, medals, the passage of Yves Beck accompanied by incredible scores and the title Gault & Millau Rookie 2024!
As of today, in 2024, the company has reached the production of almost 100,000 bottles and the future of Clément is still to be written, with big projects in the pipeline.
