Champagne Fumey-Tassin is a small family producer in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in Celles sur Ource: it is a Récoltant-Manipulant that carefully follows every step, from the vineyard to the meticulous work in the cellar.

The company has been run by the Tassin family for several generations and continuity has handed down a truly unique savoir-faire. The 5 hectares include Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, called Pinot Blanc Vrai in these parts, and it is precisely the latter that represents the trademark of the winery and a rarity in the lands of Champagne: there are less than 100 hectares in the entire region cultivated with this variety.
