The story of Amarica Spirits has deep roots, rooted in the life and experiences of its founder. With a degree in Literature and Philosophy, the world of ideas seemed to point to a different path. However, during his university years, while working as a bartender in the Balearic Islands, an unexpected passion blossomed: a love of flavors and the ability to create unique experiences through them.

It was behind the bar that he discovered a new language, made of ingredients, infusions, and flavor alchemies.

After university, he continued to experiment and perfect the art of flavor blending for seven years until the birth of Amarica Spirits. Retreating to a house on the edge of the woods in Montericco di Albinea, he found inspiration in the quiet of nature and the desire to create something unique. Thus was born the amaricato, a liqueur that represents the fusion of tradition and innovation, of local roots and global influences.
