Théo Dancer grew up in Chassagne-Montrachet and learned a lot from his father, Vincent Dancer, at a young age. From 2020 he will be responsible for both the vinification in Chassagne and for his own wines under his own name. For this he uses grapes from other regions in France, such as Savoie, Jura, Beaujolais and the Rhône. In addition, since 2021 he has been responsible for a whole new domain in the Macon region: Roc Breïa in the village of Bray. Here he watches over the vineyards and the cellar where he makes a chardonnay and pinot noir.
