Following a strongly traditionalist approach, the Piedmontese Cavallotto winery creates elegant and elegant Barolos, of sublime expressive breadth. The estate is located in Castiglione Falletto, a municipality renowned for the elegance of its Barolos, an area in which the Cavallotto family has been cultivating vineyards since 1928. , precisely those on the Bricco Boschis hill, acquired at the time by Giacomo Cavallotto.
Today it is the brothers Alfio, Giuseppe and Laura, the fourth generation of the family's winemakers, who nourish the Cavallotto tradition, combining the constant search for the highest quality with a sincerely respectful approach to the environment, aimed at minimizing the impact on the ecosystem.
The Cavallotto estate has 25 hectares of vineyards, managed organically and dedicated primarily to Nebbiolo, but also to other traditional varieties of Lower Piedmont such as Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa and Grignolino, as well as the international Chardonnay and Pinot vines Black.
