Born and raised in the heart of La Morra, Cesare Bussolo has been immersed in the world of winemaking since an early age.
He graduated from the Alba School of Oenology and in 2009 he began his solo career by purchasing a 90-year-old vineyard in Santa Lucia, an area particularly suited to the cultivation of Barbera di La Morra.
Today, in addition to Barbera Santa Lucia, Cesare vinifies Dolcetto and Nebbiolo da Barolo, coming out with 3 labels: “Comune di La Morra”, “Fossati” and the new entry “La Serra” (from February 2024).
