The history of the company dates back to the 1960s, when Mario produced wine in his small cellar, intended for consumption by family and friends. Over the years, his son Mauro, infected by his father's passion, began to collaborate in the company, specializing in the sector and in 1986 he experimented with the production of bottled wine, in particular Moscato d'Asti. Today the Cascina Galletto winery is still family-run and the Perrone family personally takes care of the entire production cycle, starting from the management of the vineyards to the packaging of the finished bottle.
