Delicato extra virgin olive oil produced by the Umbrian mill Flaminio, located in Trevi, Italy. The olives are carefully selected and cold extracted to preserve their freshness and delicate aromatic profile.

The oil shows a light fruity character with gentle vegetal notes and a soft balance between bitterness and spiciness, making it very versatile in cooking.

Ideal for fish, vegetables, salads, mayonnaise and light Mediterranean dishes.
