Organic extra virgin olive oil produced by the Tuscan estate Poggio di Sotto, located in Montalcino. The olives come from certified organic farming and are cold extracted to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity.

The oil displays a medium fruity profile with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and green almond, balanced by a pleasant bitterness and peppery finish.

Perfect for bruschetta, salads, grilled vegetables, legumes and Mediterranean cuisine.
