Perpetuelle Sbagliato: The vins clairs and liqueur d’expedition are composed of: 85% of the 2018 vintage, aged for 30 months on the fine lees in stainless steel, until tirage in 2021; 15% of the 2015 to 2020 vintages, also aged in stainless steel. The method is inspired by the “Perpetuelle” but modified to comply with the Alta Langa regulations. Hence the adjective “Sbagliato.” The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aged for 6 months on the lees with bâtonnage.
