Aligoté by Benoit Ente comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Puligny Montrachet. The denomination is made up of 3 parcels planted in 1949, 1953 and 2002. All parcels are pruned with the Cordon de Royat method to compensate for the natural generosity of the vine. Winemaking lasts 18 months: during the first 12 months the juices are placed partly in wood and partly in vats. In the last 6 months the wines of the same denomination are assembled in vats to be refined and subsequently clarified without filtration.
